WA at the start of the journey

Western Australia 2004

See below for our entries in Western Australia.

Western Australia is vast, it occupies over 977,000 square miles which is about one third of the Australian Continent. It only has a population of 1.8 million of which 1.4 million live around the Perth area so WA is not a very crowded place! Perth itself is the remotest capital city in the world.
